Our Design Process
4. Procurement & Delivery
We'll manage all your furniture purchases and deliveries, extending our designer discounts where applicable. We have each piece delivered to our warehouse until renovations are complete, then use our professional moving team to have it all delivered to your home at once.
5. Renovation Management
We take care of every detail of your renovation. When your designs are finalized, our in-house general contractor will give you a complete quote and perform most of your renovation work themselves with incredible attention to detail and designer oversight. Plus we coordinate and oversee all specialty trades and include designer site visits throughout your project.
6. Final Staging
On delivery day, our team will unpack, assemble and place each piece. Plus, I'll be there to put the finishing details on your space. This often includes soft furnishings like throw pillows and blankets and small décor accessories using your own favourite items and some new ones we will select with you.
Concept and Space Planning
We'll start with an initial consultation in your home to get a sense of the space, understand your goals for the space and take measurements. After this initial inspiration meeting, we'll start to develop an initial design concept with a recommended layout.
